What Should I Do When The Error 49.4C02 Appears?
According to Symquest that code means the lead print job is not formatted correctly, and it needs to be cancelled. You should shut the printer off first, than you can either try to cancel the print job from the printer, or ask one of the supervisors to cancel it. If that does not work, you can always unplug the printer as well.
