How do I view a missed call on the Lab Monitor phone?

To view a missed call on the lab monitor phone, you would press the Directories button on the right. This will bring up a list of "missed calls," "received calls," "placed calls," and two directories.

1. Click on the #1 to view any missed calls.
2. Click Exit to get out of the list.
