How do I cancel a print job?
Currently, only the circulation supervisors or someone from the Help Desk can cancel a print job using the computer. Sometimes, even after a print job is cancelled the printer may continue to print. If you want to try to help further to cancel the print job from the 2nd floor printer you can:
- Press the Stop button.
- The following messages will appear:Resume & Cancel Current Job.
- Choose Cancel Current Job.
If the printer continues to print the job that was cancelled, please tell a supervisor or call the Help Desk at ext. 2710.
