How do I add a chart in Excel 2010?
- Go to the Insert tab.
- Towards the middle should be a list of different kinds of charts.
- Choose the one you want by clicking the type of chart and choosing the type from the drop down.
- A blank box will appear. To enter the data you need right click on teh blank box and move down to Select Data.
- Choose the data you want on the spreadsheet. Select Data should also be located towards the upper right hand side of Excel.
Note: Do not select the heading of the selected data. The result of the table will show incorrect data.
