How do I add a chart in Excel 2010?
  1. Go to the Insert tab.
  2. Towards the middle should be a list of different kinds of charts.
  3. Choose the one you want by clicking the type of chart and choosing the type from the drop down.
  4. A blank box will appear. To enter the data you need right click on teh blank box and move down to Select Data.
  5. Choose the data you want on the spreadsheet. Select Data should also be located towards the upper right hand side of Excel.

Note: Do not select the heading of the selected data. The result of the table will show incorrect data.
