End of Spring 2015 Semester Party
The results are in! The End of Semester Party will be held Monday, April 27 at 3 pm at the Circulation Desk. There will be fried chicken, sides, and pie!!! I will also have some vegetarian options. Be there or be square.
Heavy Duty Stapler
The heavy duty stapler will now be kept at the lab monitor desk but students can ask to use it. It is for large amounts of paper. It will be at the desk because people were jamming it by using too few sheets of paper. There is a sign in the 2nd floor printer room directing students to the desk.
Load Paper Message on Basement Printer
There is a load paper in cassette 1 message appearing on the basement printer. The printer should still print, but I believe that there is a broken sensor on the machine. I have put in a work order to have it repaired. Let me know if it stops working altogether.
Work-Study Payroll Dates
Please submit your payroll every week. However, you must submit it before 11 a.m. on the weeks listed below in order to get paid. You will get paid on the Friday after the Monday that your payroll is due.
The check will either be mailed to your local address, or directly deposited into your account.
Spring Work-Study Time Entry Due Dates
Payroll Due Before 11 a.m. on April 20th - Last day of payroll is April 17th
Payroll Due Before 11 a.m. on May 4th - Last day of payroll is May 1st
